Regional Roads Project – Lenders Monitoring Consultant, Macedonia
The Lender’s Monitoring Consultant (LMC) is required to monitor the implementation of the civil works contract for the construction of the 12 km long Skopje Bypass, Phase 2, and evaluate risks that might affect the completion of the works contract to the required quality, within the contracted cost and program.

Small Towns & Rural Arid Areas Water Supply and Sanitation, Sri Lanka

 
The main goals of the Technical Assistance (TA) are the preparatory stages in facilitating a project to improve the existing situation with regard to water supply and sanitation services to the urban and rural communities in those areas of the North-East and North-West Provinces, as well as rural areas of North Central Province, in Sri Lanka where the most acute shortages of these services are being experienced.

Environmental

Nyabarongo Hydroelectric Power, Rwanda

The main objective of the Project is to develop a small (27.8 MW) ‘run-of-river’ hydropower scheme on the Nyabarongo River, utilising a tunnel to short-circuit a loop in the river, and thereby to benefit from the 37m head difference between the intake and the power station.

Pare Hydroelectric Power Project, India

The main objective of the Project is development of the proposed 110 MW Pare Hydroelectric Project (HEP) which will be located on the Dikrong River, approximately 5 km downstream of the existing Ranganadi I HEP, in the State of Arunachal Pradesh, in north-western India.
