Study of Klaipeda Port Development Project

The main objectives of this project were to:
- Examine the role of Klaipeda Port in the regional and national economic development of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Prepare a master plan for the year 2025;
- Prepare a short-term development plan for year 2015;
- Carry out feasibility analysis on key projects in the short-term development plan, including financial and economic analyses and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA);
- Make recommendations for an implementation programme.
