Direct appointment by the Asian Development Bank to carrying out a technical and economic due diligence for a proposed loan covering the improvement of around 10,800 km of rural roads in Uttaranchal State, India.
Duties included updating and finalizing the master plan and investment plan for the full program, carrying out technical review and economic appraisal of 800km of projects to be implemented in the first tranche, as well as preparation of documentation required for loan processing.
Participated in ADB appraisal mission for the processing of the multi-tranche financing facility.
