Assistance to the Government of the Maldives on environmental issues relating to the design of the sewerage and sewage treatment component for HDh. Kulhudhuffushi. NKUK was responsible for the overall preparation and approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) in agreement with national and ADB requirements. This included assessment of the environmental, social, and economic conditions in the project area; potential impacts of the project; proposed mitigation measures; assessment of alternatives; and preparation of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
