Evaluation of Road Overlay and Improvement Project

NKUK provided a Road Specialist Staff Consultant to join an ADB Operations and Evaluation Mission that carried out a post completion audit of a Road Overlay and Improvement Project. Duties carried out included:
- Assessment of performance of the road rehabilitation and periodic maintenance works carried out in the project;
- Economic re-evaluation of rehabilitation and maintenance works included in the project;
- Assessment of the project's contribution towards improving institutional capacity for planning and implementing road maintenance works.
