This due diligence project involved an environmental and infrastructure assessment of a coastal tourism and commercial development site covering 42Ha, located on the outskirts of Tripoli. The site had previously been utilized as a landfill for waste disposal.
The purpose of the project was to determine the potential liabilities and constraints associated with the proposed redevelopment of the site.
