David Sellars
Senior Engineer
David is a Civil Engineer with 34 years of experience. He joined NKUK in 2002, specialising in water supply systems, with key experience in the management of civil engineering design teams, structural design of water supply facilities, modelling and detailed design of potable water pipelines and distribution systems. He has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the Great Man-made River Project in Libya.
David also manages matters associated with Information Technology and NKUK’s Management System.
